Ascot State School provides free instruction, administration
and facilities for students who are Australian citizens or permanent residents
or children of Australian citizens or permanent residents at our school. In order to maintain the excellent
educational outcomes of our students, we invite parents/carers to pay for
services, materials, consumables and any educational services purchased from a
provider that supports our curriculum. We also invite parents to make a voluntary
contribution to contribute to the ongoing maintenance and replacement of air
conditioning in the school.
Payment options
The preferred option for all
payments is BPOINT. Parents who have
signed up for QParents may use this payment platform. Credit card payments may only be made by
contacting the BPoint Interactive Voice Response (IVR) 1300 631 073.
All payments will have cut off dates and if
payment is not made for events/excursions/incursions students will not participate in the event. As always, parents are welcome to make
payment plans if this will assist by contacting the Business Manager, Karen Taylor. Refunds may be applied for
and are at the discretion of the school Business Manager.

Student resource schemes
Parents must sign a declaration to agree to pay the
Student Resource Scheme or choose to buy the resources themselves.
Prep students are encouraged to pay the Student Resource Scheme or to notify
the teacher if a family is in financial hardship.
Similarly, students in the instrumental
program and choral groups, must complete the Student Resource Scheme agreement form to
participate.
- Prep Resource Scheme: $120 – for all Prep
enrolments
Instrumental Music Levy:
- $125 per annum – for all students hiring a school
instrument
- $75 per annum – for all students
