A strong culture and appreciation of
the arts is evident at Ascot State School.
The sculpture garden is the heart of the school and pays tribute to past
Principals and students with various works of art. Throughout the school buildings there are
numerous murals and there is a dedicated art room accessed by all students. Numerous
art events occur throughout the year including Art week, the biennial art show
and many competitions to engage students’ creative pursuits.

invited to participate in Art Club during their lunch break with our
Artist-in-Residence, Anuska.
